LEHIGH VALLEY, Pa.(May 15, 2008) – The Board of Directors of Air Products (NYSE:APD) today declared a quarterly dividend of 44 cents per share of common stock. The dividend is payable on August 11, 2008 to shareholders of record at the close of business on July 1, 2008.
